We Proudly Display our Gold Seal of Approval®

Stroke Rehabilitation ∙ Hip Fracture Rehabilitation ∙ Parkinson's Disease

Committed to a higher level of care, our stroke rehabilitation, hip fracture rehabilitation  and Parkinson's disease rehabilitation programs have earned Disease-Specific Care Certification from The Joint Commission in addition to Joint Commission accreditation.  This Gold Seal of Approval® is a direct reflection of our commitment to provide comprehensive treatment programs to help patients reach maximum outcomes.

The rehabilitation program underwent an extensive, unannounced, on-site evaluation by a team of Joint Commission reviewers and was evaluated against Joint Commission standards. To earn the certification, our hospital successfully demonstrated compliance with national standards and effective use of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines to manage and optimize care for patients recovering from stroke, hip fracture and Parkinson's disease.

Our hospital also presented an organized approach to performance measurement and improvement activities, including care specific to the needs of patients and families, infection prevention and control, and medication management.
